Non-compliance with Conformity Criterion 2.4.1 (Level A). The intention of this Compliance Criterion is to allow people navigating sequentially through the content a more direct access to the main content of the web page by referring the first link directly to the content. Due to the need to comply with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) regarding the acceptance of users on the use of cookies, the first link before the cookie consent, it is not possible to derive to the content as the first link will belong to the cookie banner until its acceptance or declination.
