After our lives were crossed,
we decided to undertake in rural fusion
our two passions, the work of the land and
the transformation of olives. OLIVATERIA is
the fruit of this union and we offer you our olives,
tasty, unique and healthy recipes.

I am the daughter of farmers, my parents dedicated themselves to the cultivation of olives, cherry, almonds and peach trees. Now it’s me who works the family lands.
I was born in Quatretondeta (my father’s village) and now I live in Almudaina (my mother’s village). These villages are located in the middle of the mountainous area of the interior of
the province of Alicante.
Being surrounded by wild landscapes feeds my soul by giving me the strength to continue fighting for the dignified life that we deserve all the people who work in the countryside.
I returned to the village after having studied
Chemical Engineering and having had different work experiences
in the industrial and teaching field, far from my homeland.
During the years I was in the city, I was always
accompanied by the desire to return to the village and my mind kept
thinking about what I could do to be able to live dignifiedly
from the work of the countryside.
13 years ago I took the step and settled in Almudaina, I
became involved in all agricultural work to maintain
family lands and we made the conversion to organic
agriculture together with my parents and my brother. In parallel
to this work, we looked for direct sales channels to
offer the products collected to the end consumer.
At that time I met my current partner and together
we decided to merge our two passions, the work of the
field and the elaboration of olives.
This is how our company, L’OLIVATERIA, was born. I feel
very happy and fortunate working on something that I am passionate about.

I was born in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat and I almost do it in the olive warehouse of my parents. They founded an olive tanning company and worked on it all their lives.
In my childhood memories, there is always some element related to table olives: cottages, olive unloading, trips to Andalucia, Martorell, thyme, dressings, sisters mounting banners, Cabra, …
I spent many years dedicating myself to other professions and it was when I coincided with Rosa when we joined illusions, knowledge and undertook our project. I realize that olives are what it is most.
I am passionate about everything related to the cultivation of olives, the richness of varieties that we have in the peninsula, the fermentation processes, different ways of preparation,…
With my work I want to offer healthy and tasty olives, because this combination is possible. I hope you enjoy eating our olives.
